This authentic family villa is located right in the centre of the village of Lajares and has just been completely renovated.
The ultra-central location of this house means that you can reach the centre of Lajares on foot to take advantage of its many shops: restaurants, bakeries, supermarket, pharmacy, surf shops, mountain bike hire, weekly craft market, etc.
The magnificent fishing village of "El Cotillo" is a 10-minute drive to the west. Here you'll find a good number of developed beaches, as well as some much wilder spots.
The vibrant town of Corralejo is just a 20-minute drive to the east and offers a host of activities that are very popular on the island: surfing, kitesurfing, wingfoil, padel, catamaran excursions, etc.
The Puerto del Rosario airport is 35 minutes from the village of Lajares.
