General questions
Arrival time is generally from 2pm. Please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier.
We generally ask that you vacate the house by 10am. Please let us know if you wish to stay later.
We will contact you the day before your arrival to arrange arrival details and to let you know how to collect the keys.
Reservations and payment methods
The price per night is €250 + €200 per stay for cleaning, sheets and towels.
A deposit of €500 is required on booking and will be returned at the end of your stay.
By contacting us by email so that we can check the availability of the house beforehand. Then, if the house is available, we ask you to pay by bank transfer for your stay in order to confirm your booking.
We will refund your stay if you cancel up to 30 days before arrival.
Changes to your stay are possible free of charge up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival date.
After this date, it is no longer possible to obtain a refund or change your booking. We strongly advise you to take out cancellation insurance to cover this type of situation.
Equipment
Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of crockery, pots and pans and accessories. It has a double sink, fridge, freezer, conventional oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, blender and mixer.
Yes, there is a large car park inside the property.
Internal regulations
No, parties, birthdays and other events are not permitted.
Yes, the house is non-smoking inside. Outside, smoking is permitted, provided that garden furniture and cushions are not damaged, and that ashtrays are available.
Pets are allowed on request and prior to booking confirmation.
There is a person in charge of the property at Lajares who can be contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Their contact details will be given to you on arrival.
